At Jilly Bo Billy Boutique we pride ourselves on having reasonable shipping rates for our domestic and international customers.
Orders are processed fast and we usually ship within 24 hours. We ship primarily with Canada Post and a tracking number will be emailed to you, if available, after your package has been shipped. Track your package online at www.canadapost.ca or over the phone at 1-888-550-6333. Average delivery times and rates are as follows:

If you order something large, like a diaper bag, and want it sent Air, I will need to invoice you an extra $35 (Sorry!). Just email me.

All items purchased from Jilly Bo Billy Boutique are made to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for purchases are passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We protect your information by not selling or sharing any information you provide us. If you’re a receiving our newsletter, it is because you have requested to do so. You may unsubscribe any time you wish.
Payment is made through Paypal. Their secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet. This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us. When this encrypted information reaches our secure server, we translate it back to its original form and store it safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet.
Jilly Bo Billy Boutique appreciates and values your business. We understand sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned or exchanged with original receipt within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
All refunds require that the item be returned in its original un-worn condition, with the original packaging and tags, and with all original parts and accessories. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All sales are final after 14 days. Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Insurance and tracking number is recommended as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping. We will refund the cost of the product plus tax. Original boxes must be wrapped for shipping, no tape attached or writing on the original box. Local customers please email or call to make arrangements for exchange.

Please contact us promptly about any cancellations you might have to make. You can cancel any item from your order, provided we have not packaged it for shipping. Special orders cannot be cancelled after we have placed our order to the distributor.
If you cancel an order after we have packaged it, but before it has been shipped, you may be charged a re-stocking fee of 5% of the value of the cancelled item(s).
If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us but, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, our outbound shipping cost and the applicable re-stocking fees. See our Returns and Exchanges policy.

You can order from anywhere in the world. Simply select your desired clothing collection from the tabs appearing at the top of the screen or the banners on the side. Select your size and quantity. Once you are satisfied with your choices, proceed to the checkout. Enter any promo codes or coupons you may have. Fill in required shipping and payment info. Presto, you did it!
After submitting your order you will receive an email containing an order number, an estimated delivery date, tracking number, order details, and contact details.

Select your currency you wish to shop in. We use PayPal checkout. You do not need a Pay pal account to pay; you use your Paypal account, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards. It is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to take your order. Sorry we do not accept cash, cheque, or money orders.
We specialize in past-season items so that we can offer you the best products and the lowest prices. If you find a lower price, please email us the link and we will be happy to do the best we can to match it. Items must be the exact same item, in stock, all other charges considered (shipping, taxes, exchange rates and duties). Competitor's closeout, clearance, special order, discontinued, liquidation, reconditioned or refurbished, pre-owned and damaged items are excluded from this offer.
We do our best to make sure everything is accurate, but in the event of a typographical error or error in pricing form our suppliers, Jilly Bo Billy Boutique has the right to refuse or cancel any purchase made at the incorrect price. If your credit card has been charges, we will notify you and reimburse your payment method. Sorry! In accordance with local law, Jilly Bo Billy Boutique purchases will be taxed using the applicable tax rate(s) for your shipping address.
Based on your shipping address, you may see a combination of these types of taxes on your order:
- PST/QST - Provincial Sales Tax and Quebec Sales Tax
- GST - Goods and Services Tax
- HST - Harmonized Sales Tax (GST + PST)
We often offer the subscribers of our newsletter special discounts and promotions. Sign up and we’ll let you know of all our exciting new arrivals and great discounts. We only honor one coupon or discount per order. To use a promo code or coupon, simply enter it in the box indicated at checkout.
Pre-Orders are a great why to reserve the styles and sizes you want without worrying about sell outs. To reserve a Pre-Order item, we require a 50% deposit on your order. Use code "Pre-Order" at check out to do so. When your item arrives here, you will be Paypal invoiced the remaining portion and your order will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE!
We want you to feel confident in your purchases. If at any point before shipment, you wish to cancel or exchange your Pre-Order, you may do so at no extra charge. Furthermore, if you receive your items and need to exchange/refund. Please send back within 14 days for a no hassle refund. If you need to return after 30 days, you may do so for a store credit valid at Jilly bo Billy or Runway Room. Please send me a quick email letting me know a return is on it's way, so I know to look out for it.
Pre-Order Shipping Times:
All brands get delivered at different times. Please note the expected delivery dates stated in item description. These dates are when we will recieve the shipment then we will need to ship to you. If you are from the USA, I will pick up Misha Lulu and Decaf Plush in the US and ship directly from there to avoid any custom delays.

You will earn 5% in store credit with every Jilly bo Billy purchase. Furthermore, if you refer a friend to the store and they make a purchase, you will recieve 50 Loyalty Points! It is free and automatic, you just need to be logged in to send out referrals.
Rederral: Your friend makes a purchase through your link you sent them, you will automatically receive 50 Loyality Points ($2.50) to spend at the store 5 days later and for up to 90 days.
Loyalty points are calcuated from money spent so if you use a promo code, that amount will be deducted. And there are no points given on purchases made with points.
